Teide is like her littermate Silver out of a nice blend of Swedish,
English, Southafrican and Australian bloodlines.
Teide is a happy girl who loves people she is familiar with. She can
be somehow shy with
strangers for a beginning but it doesn´t take too
long before she gives former strangers
big kisses and hugs.
Our little gourgeous girl got her callname before
she was even born.
When mum Zoya stayed at home with her big belly, we went to have some
sun at Tenerife, Canary Islands. There they have this huge volcano called
Teide and a nam e
that beautiful and special had to be the name of our little
future girl as we knew she
would be just as special and beautiful.
Teide has been shown in puppy class four times with the following results:
2 x BOB, 1 x BOS, 2 x BIG and 2 x BIS-4
Teide was best bitch 4-6 months and BPOS at the
Swedish Rhodesian Ridgeback Society
"specialty" show in Lövudden under judge Birgitta Svarstad.
As an adult Teide has only been shown occasionally
due to lack of time but have
been awarded CQ (champion quality) all times she have hit the
ring.
Nowadays Teide lives with Henrik Jakovlew in Åkersberga.
